Only you or a person registered as your representative that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
Minimum elements to be included in the application: Name, surname and signature if the application is in writing; For citizens of the Republic of Turkey, T.C. identification number, nationality for foreigners, passport number or identification number, if any; The place of residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any, subject to notification, and the subject of the request. Our company will conclude your requests in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
Our company may accept the request or reject it by explaining the reason; notifies the relevant person in writing or electronically. If the request in the application is accepted, our Company fulfills its requirements.
